Volunteen Training: Customer Service

Looking to get a jump on summer volunteering for Worthington Libraries? If you've been a library volunteen before, then this program's for you.

New this year, your friendly volunteen coordinators will offer customer service training to help you be a better library volunteer. While the skills covered in the training will help you at the Library, they could also help you at your first job or job interview!

We know you're busy, so we'll make your attendance worthwhile; training time counts as volunteer service time! But here's the best part: attendance gets you access to one of two early bird Volunteen Orientations (dates to be announced), one at Northwest Library and one at Old Worthington Library. That means you get priority when selecting volunteer days/times for the summer.
