Description

Join historian and journalist David Mould on a journey to borders, both real and imagined, based on his latest book about travel, history and culture, Postcards from the Borderlands. Starting in the U.S. with how Americans view other parts of the country, he moves on to the artificial borders carved through Africa by colonial powers, the border between India and Bangladesh and the gerrymandered jumble of former Soviet republics in Central Asia. Presented in partnership with the Worthington International Friendship Association.
