Program Description

Description

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees estimates that 117.2 million people, from conflict-ravaged countries like Ukraine, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen and others, will be forcibly displaced or stateless in 2023. Dr. Theodora Dragostinova and Dr. Robin Judd, both from The Ohio State University Department of History, will examine the current refugee crisis and compare it to others from recent history. Presented in partnership with the Worthington International Friendship Association.
