Description
Drop off unwanted computers, printers, cables, cameras and more! Items will be collected by RenTek and either used for job force development training for individuals with differing abilities and barriers to employment, or refurbished and donated to local after-school programs.
Although most items can be dropped off for free, a fee will be charged for the following:
- tube televisions ($2 per inch)
- LCD televisions ($10 each)
- CRT monitors ($20 each)
- Mac all-in-one tube PCs ($25 each)
- Printers/Scanners/Fax machines: ($2 each)
- large office copiers ($100 each)
These items cannot be accepted for recycling:
- alkaline batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, 9v)
- hazardous materials
- items containing freon
- manuals/books
- media (VCR/data tapes, CD/floppy disks)
- household appliances (blenders, coffee pots, curling irons, hair dryers, irons, vacuum cleaners)
- smoke detectors/fire extinguishers
- speakers/TVs containing wood
